Actress Han Hye Jin and footballer Ki Sung Yong tied the knot on July 1 at the Grand InterContinental Hotel in Samsungdong, Seoul.

Han Hye Jin and Ki Sung Yong expressed their feelings about the imminent marriage through the brief interviews prior to the wedding ceremony. The groom shared, “Today is the happiest day of my life. Although there have been some tough times, I want to thank everyone who is here to celebrate with us and I will try hard to make my bride happy.”

The bride also said, “I didn’t know that I would be this nervous, but this is the most nervous day in my life. I think this is my happiest day. I’ll live long and healthily with my amazing husband, and take care of him.”

Kontrak Se7en dan Gummy dengan YG Entertainment telah berakhir.

Di tengah kontroversi panti pijat yang melibatkan Se7en, YG Entertainment mengungkapkan bahwa kontrak Se7en dengan mereka telah berakhir sebelum pendaftaran wajib militernya. Mungkin inilah salah satu alasan YG Entertainment tidak mau berkomentar dan tidak bertanggung jawab atas kontroversi tersebut.

Se7en diketahui menandatangani kontrak 5 tahun dengan YG dan melakukan debut pada tahun 2003. Kemudian ia memperpanjang kontraknya selama 3 tahun, yang kemudian berakhir pada tahun 2011. Pada tahun 2011, ia mengumumkan bahwa ia akan kembali menandatangani kontrak dengan YG selama 2 tahun. Oleh karena itu, kontrak Se7en telah berakhir tahun ini tepatnya pada bulan April , satu bulan sete;ah Se7en memulai kegiatan wajib militer pada tanggal 19 Maret 2013.

Sementara Gummy, menurut perwakilan YG Entertainment mengatakan,”Memang benar bahwa kontrak Gummy dengan YG sudah berakhir. tetapi Gummy sudah berada di YG selama lebih dari 10 tahun dan ia sudah menjadi bagian dari keluarga besar YG, Gummy adalah bagian dari YG Family sama seperti Se7en dan Jinusean. Meskipun kontrak Se7en dan Jinusean dengan YG sudah berakhir, mereka masih dianggap sebagai bagian dari YG Family. Saat ini kami masih berdiskusi dengan Gummy dan kami akan menghormati keputusan apapun yang dibuat Gummy dan akan terus mendukungnya.”

Menurut orang dalam, kontrak Gummy dengan YG Entertainment untuk promosi Koreanya telah berakhir dan kontrak untuk promosi Jepangnya akan segera berakhir dalam waktu dekat.

Rumor yang beredar mengatakan bahwa Gummy memilih untuk tidak memperbarui kontraknya dengan YG dan akan pindah ke agensi lain. Perwakilan orang dalam agensi mengungkapkan,”Memang benar bahwa Gummy baru-baru ini mengadakan pertemuan rahasia dengan beberapa agensi. Namun bukan memperbarui kontrak, tetapi Gummy cenderung berpikir untuk menandatangani kontrak dengan agensi baru.”

Apapun yang terjadi Se7en dan Gummy akan selalu menjadi bagian dari YG Family!

tvN’s upcoming drama ‘Who Are You’, starring 2PM’s Taecyeon and actress So Yi Hyun, has released its first video teaser, building up anticipation.

Released on July 1, the teaser features Taecyeon and So Yi Hyun enjoying their time together in the rain, and even shared a sweet kiss in the end.

‘Who Are You’ is about the romantic story between a man who believes in what he sees, and a woman who wakes up from a six-year long coma and earns the supernatural power to see spirits. The drama will premiere on July 29.

Tiny-G’s Dohee will challenge herself in acting through the upcoming second season of tvN hit drama ‘Reply 1997’ titled, ‘Reply 1994’.

Dohee will take on the role of a housemate in a home-stay in ‘Reply 1994’ where college students from all over the world stay while attending a university in Seoul. She will join the star-studded casts that include Go Ara, Jung Woo, Kim Sung Kyun and Yoo Yun Suk.

Dohee commented, “I don’t know how it would appeal to the viewers but I am working hard to do my best. I am honored to be in ‘Reply 1994’ because I watched ‘Reply 1997’”.

The drama is set to premiere in September.

Singer and actor Rain has been discharged from military today, July 10 KST, after 21 months of military service.

Rain left the Ministry of National Defense Public Relations Department office in Yongsan, Seoul today at 8AM. There were about 100 members of the press and 700 fans at the location, some fans having waited there since the day before. Rain spoke in front of his fans and the press very briefly for about three minutes, in which the Korean media is interpreting as caution after the recent controversy over the lenient rules of celebrity soldiers. 

Rain thanked the public for coming and added, “I will work hard and do my best.”

After this short message, Rain got into the transportation provided by his agency and visited his mother’s grave. A source from his agency stated that Rain will be spending time with his family for the next few days first.

Rain started his military service October 10, 2011. It is known that he visited his mother’s grave the day before.

JYJ’s Junsu (XIA) will return to the music scene as a solo artist once again with his second album this July, and ahead of his comeback, he released his preview track titled, “11 AM”.

“11 AM” is an acoustic ballad that is a dramatic representation of a man’s sorrow after a break up. During the recording, Junsu actually cried and poured his emotions into his voice and the song.

Meanwhile, Kim Junsu will be releasing his second album on the 15th of July.
